All the staff were outstanding in helping with our trip to this marvelous location in such a serene area of Portugal. My only regret is we did not arrange to stay in the hotel longer. Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

בית ההארחה קאסה דאס אובראס (Casa Das Obras) ממוקם ליד סרה דה אסטרלה (Serra da Estrela), שוכן בבית אחוזה בן 250 שנה המתאפיין בריהוט היסטורי ואביזרים אמנותיים. כל חדר מוטיב הוא תזכורת לחיים בשנים עברו. The breakfast is amazing! The staff was very friendly and the area is amazing, the nature and also the people. The guide to the walking tours int he room is a great source of information. We also enjoyed the reading room and tghe snacks available. A perfect escape to reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

המלון והספא הרפואי H2otel קונגרס (H2otel Congress & Medical SPA) ממוקם ב-אונהייס דה סרה (Unhais da Serra), שהוא כפר החבוי בפארק הטבע סרה דה אסטרלה (Serra da Estrela). מלון יפה, גדול ומרווח. מתקני ספא נהדרים. אזור הבריכות מרשים. ארוחות הבוקר והערב טובות מאוד.

מלון ברני (Hotel Berne) נמצא במנטייגאס (Manteigas) שבהרי סרה דה אסטרלה (Serra da Estrela), ומציע חדרים עם מרפסות שמשקיפות לעבר נופי היערות של סרה דה אסטרלה. The property felt like luxury accommodation in the mountains. I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.

This hotel in Guarda’s centre is located at Portugal’s highest point, at 1000 metres altitude. It has a restaurant overlooking Serra da Estrela. We liked all the experience: Reception was very proactive, while arriving. The room, room facilities and view excellent! Breakfast yummy, and plus options (even for lactose intolerance). Bar options, cocktails and view awesome.

The host left some goods from the garden which we used cooking our meals. The host also gave us some tips on what to visit during our stay in the area and was keeping in tough during our stay.

The place is very beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The rooms are big and very clean, breakfast is tasty and there is food for children as well. Beatrice was really friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Great value for money
