The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

Very attentive staff who managed to handle some very rude guests with diplomacy. They went above and beyond to provide extra drinks when required. It was a real cultural experience visiting the hotel.

Charming hotel, ideally located to wander round all the sights of Chiang Mai and then finish the day with a refreshing dip in their beautiful pool. The rooms are a good size and clean with a very comfortable bed. Shower is powerful and hot. Great Wi-Fi and lovely staff. We'll definitely be back.

This property was perfect. Centrally located in Old Town, its super easy to get around, walk to local street food and shops and the waterfront markets and Chinatown. Great pool, restaurant served a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Well maintained.

Situated along the banks of Pai River, within tropical gardens, Pai Village Boutique Resort provides rustic wooden cottages. It was the best boutique resort I have ever been to, I don’t know where to start. First of all the comfortable beds and pillows that I had the best sleep of my life. They were like marshmallow and I didn’t want to leave them. Secondly, room had a great space, every corner was beautifully decorated, bathroom was immaculately clean. They had welcoming fruit and flowers on our bed. The housekeeping left cookies everyday. Staff was absolutely amazing, they always had a genuine smile and they were always trying to be helpful. You can feel that they work like members of a family and they make you feel like you are home. Special thanks to the amazing breakfast bentos they prepared for us because we were checking out early in the morning. I just asked for a sandwich but of course they went beyond and prepared a fruit box for each of us. Boiled eggs, juices and milk packs etc. we couldn’t even finish them :(
