We were greeted by the friendly owner when we arrived. The hotel located a bit further away from Phuket Old town but it just took us a 15-minute walk to get to the centre of the town. Such location avoids the noisiness and crowd at night. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel as it was decorated warmly with wooden furniture and plants. Every spot was impeccably clean and most importantly was that the owner was so willing to offer help when my friend and I needed assistance. I also liked the pantry on the ground floor which made the place look and feel like home.

The staff was so friendly and the facilities were so clean and beautiful. The food was delicious and the resort gave off a tropical paradise vibe.

I liked that there are so many halal options.Food was perfect, well done to all the chiefs and bakers, All the staff were nice and ensured our comfort. Their welcoming drink was yummy, we told them thats its our honeymoon so they brought us cake and made our bed nice, We really loved the surprise. Everything was perfect and pleasurable.

אתר הנופש דה נאי הרן (The Nai Harn) מציע נוף מהמם של הים, ונמצא מול החוף, על צלע גבעה טרופית שמשקיפה לחוף נאי הרן (Nai Harn Beach) היפהפה. They upgraded our room as it was our first wedding anniversary, and provided us with complimentary fruits & bubbly. We loved the room, very spacious, had a large bathtub and a large balcony & daybed. Such a luxurious experience from the moment we stepped out of our taxi until we checked out. It was literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. They have beach butlers where you can borrow snorkel equipments, towels, beach mats, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Amazing. 10/10 service, 10/10 staff. Well-earned the high ratings. We stayed here for 3 days and had the breakfast every single morning- amazing!

Breakfast was top notch, facilities were new and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Shout out to May at the counter for giving an extension despite being fully booked!

אתר הנופש פסיפיק קלאב (Pacific Club Resort - SHA Extra Plus) שוכן על ראש גבעה, במרחק של 10 דקות הליכה בלבד מקארון ביץ' (Karon Beach). We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. We stayed as a family with two children, and it was an excellent choice for a family vacation. The staff deserves special mention. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to help with every request we had. This included taking great care with a gluten free menu for our child, which meant a lot to us and was handled professionally and thoughtfully. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and the hotel itself is overall very pleasant and well maintained. Above all, what stood out most was the staff and the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
