The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly – unlike any other hotel I’ve experienced in Thailand. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Everything was just perfect. Will definitely come back 🩷.

We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Meine erfahrung von zwei nächten im MAR24: - bequeme betten (europa standard) - staff seeehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - staff hat mir extra einen honda scoopy besorgt von einer externen vermieter*in und hat diesen zum hotel bringen lassen - wäscheservice einwandfrei und angenehmer duft - gratis shuttleservice zum pier (zuverlässig) - sauberkeit hoch für thailand! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt - duschstrahl ausserordentlich gut für thailand
