The owner doesn't speak English but it was no problem with translation apps.

The owner went above and beyond for my stay, picking me up from the train station and making sure I had a way to get to NDHU and back every day of my stay. She offered to upgrade my room for free since there were kids staying next door to the room I’d booked but I choose to keep my original room as it felt cosier and faced the pond so I could hear all the different frogs at night. For those who want to get out of the city and see the animals of rural Taiwan, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
