The staff was excellent! Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Awesome hospitality goes a long way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is amazing, coffee 24/7 is something I didn't know I was missing until we stayed here. Overall wonderful experience.

We slept in so sadly no breakfast.. but they where nice to give my family more time to get ready to get out of the room... The pool was very nice beds comfy just lil on the small side for being queens . We are going again next month already 🥰

Situated just off I-55, this hotel is located in Joliet, Illinois and offers an indoor heated pool, complimentary hot breakfast and suites with free WiFi. So clean. Rooms spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Staff excellent. We didn’t have a car and there are eating places within walking distance which is unusual in the States when not on the city.

Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.
