Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

Wir befinden uns bei 1850 Parkway Sevierville und liegen am Little Pigeon River. Gleich über den Little Pigeon River ist Pigeon Forge. Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.
