This hotel is outstanding for the price. We paid more for a bigger room with a balcony overlooking the (quiet) street out front. It's a new hotel with nice decor. The staff are very friendly and will help as much as they can.

It was clean, spacious and practical, and had both a fan and aircon. It was a table, chairs, fridge and a kettle in the room...and YES, the fridge did not come off when you left the room, so I could return to cold ones on the balcony in the evenings. The balcony was tiny and unfurnished though, but you might figure out how to get a chair out there. It was just the kind of room I needed in this completely untouristy town. Excellent WiFi. Friendly staff who speak some English. There's a cozy coffee shop 2 doors down the street and a big supermarket nearby.
