It is really great value for the price. The reception works 24/7 - we arrived at 5/6 am and got upgraded to the better room, much appreciated. The room was very nice, cozy and the bed was comfortable - one of the best so far (after 14 days in Vietnam). We used also the laundry service which was really quick (within 1/2 a day). I also need to highlight the top notch service from the whole staff. Both receptionists were super friendly and nice, we had the best care - Linh was helping us with everything (recommendations of what to see and eat and it was amazing), also her colleague who was helping out with our suitcases, making sure we have enough of everything during the breakfast, he shared his experience from the Ambassador cruises with us. I forgot to ask his name. 🙏

Specially Trang (Jennie) who helped me when I needed laundry and a taxi. She was very friendly and helped me a lot over my stay. Thank you !

Would 100% reccomend here as it has everything you need for a great price in a great location!
