I everything was perfect, Jessica was super friendly and looked after us very attentively couldn’t recommend enough!

The boat itself was one of the nicest in the bay (if not the nicest). The first time you open the courtains, you are blown away by the view. The crew is absurdly attentive and helpful. The amount of food available is just obscene (especially during the daytrips). The activities are well recommended (Cat Ba is definitely worth seeing). I think the best option is a 2 night cruise - attend the daytrip on day 2 and stay onboard on day 3. Thank me later :)

The food was fresh, well prepared and served in a nice setting. We had a personal waiter, Mr Tom, who made sure that we were served quickly and efficiently with courtesy and kindness. He was exceptional along with the entire crew who were friendly, courteous and professionally first class.

The team are super friendly and we felt 100% looked after for our entire visit. Annie, Maxim and the rest of the team are just so lovely. I wish we were staying longer. Thanks

I don’t travel often, but I joined this trip and was truly surprised by the excellent quality and friendly staff.
