Everything was perfect, the guy gave us higher room than we booked, the room was see view and huge nice beds, And there is Jenny who helped us booking a 5 star cruises, which was one the best cruises we have ever tried. The boat was nice and the service provided by Peony was better than we have expected. A lot of food, comfortable beds, interesting activities and the breathtaking scenery. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well-located in Cat Ba village, being close to the beach but away from the glare and noise. The accommodation is extremely close to the beach, just a short 5-minute walk. There are also breakfast spots and cafes nearby. There's a beach called Valley Beach that our group really enjoyed. The room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator (with a freezer compartment). The laundry service is also reasonably priced if you need to do laundry.

The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
