The pool, the steam room, and the sauna were spotlessly clean. It's the best pool I've swam in since being in Vietnam. The view from my hotel was spectacular. Close to a quiet part of the beach.

We stayed here for 1.5 nights to experience a bit of the city after our stay at a resort ended, and couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel for this. + New facilities: extremely clean and comfortable. (They even provided 2 different hardness level pillows for us to choose from - literally went above and beyond!) + Very friendly and professional staff + Perfect location: a minute from the beach and so many restaurants and convenience stores right next to the hotel. The cleanliness and space of having this 2 bdrm apartment made for a great stay. Infact we extended our stay and it was hassle free.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Grand Melia Nha Trang. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me. From now on, every time I stay at another hotel, I’ll expect at least the same level of excellence as the Grand Melia, because it was simply incredible. I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing team that made this stay so special. A special thanks to Win, Nam Le, Hanh Pham, Khoah Dinh, and Hoang Tran from the reception team, as well as Tuyen Tran from Song Spa and Sugar from the pool service. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Grand Melia. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable. For a little anecdote, we had originally planned to stay a few days in Cam Ranh, the airport city, at a well-known 5-star hotel (we’ll keep its name anonymous, but it starts with an “R”). To our surprise, the hotel was shockingly dirty. Even the staff seemed astonished by the state of the place. Needless to say, we packed our bags quickly and headed back to Grand Melia for one more night before our flight I will definitely return. See you again soon, Grand Melia! 💕

The quality of the apartment is very high, it is quite big, you get almost everything you need for your stay, of you need something more there is a shopping center in the same building. You get a wonderful view from the balcony, the sea on the left, the city in the middle and the mountains on the right. Comparing the cleanliness with the other experience I had in Vietnam, I should say this was the best, even if it is still not comparable with Europe. The only issue we had, is that there is no privacy for the bathroom, there is a glass wall and the curtain is almost transparent, as soon as you turn on the light, so at night everyone in the apartment sees inside the bathroom.
