Great location with all necessary amenities together with more than helpfull staff which help us with our needs and wishes (renting a bike, suggesting restaurants and pointing "must see" locations etc). As well restaurant which is located just by the ocean had a very good food selection and a lot of creativity. All of this things made our stay very pleasant and definetlly we would come back. I don't wanna miss anybody but literally all staff from reception, room maids, cleaners, maintenace staff, security, restaurant staff were extremelly cheerfull and happy to help... 🫶🫶🫶

Perfectly idyllic setting right on the beach front. The resort itself is beautiful, although some care is needed to navigate the stone paths. Wonderful eating in the restaurant which overlooked the ocean.Staff so attentive, friendly and polite. Great breakfast with a huge selection of both Vietnamese and Western food.

We had a wonderful time at Sakurakyo Hotel in Phu Quoc. The hotel has a beautiful Japanese-inspired style and is located in a great area, making everything easy to reach. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their guests. A special thanks to Dang, Duy and Lis, who were always helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Also, the buggy driver was fantastic — he even took amazing photos during the sunset tour! The hotel offers so many great extras, including free buggy service, free cable car tickets, and even a photo session. Breakfast was very good as well, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, this place is absolutely worth every cent. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of, and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We originally booked 5 nights and ended up staying for 11 — that’s how much we loved it here! Although this place is listed like an Airbnb, in reality it operates at the level of a high-end boutique hotel — and even better in many ways. The location is unbeatable: right on a quiet, secluded beach, surrounded by lush greenery. The grounds are absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained — there’s a whole team constantly working to keep the gardens pristine and the beach loungers perfectly set up. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and stylish. Our room was sparkling clean and equipped with all-new, high-quality amenities. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The kitchen is outstanding — everything is homemade by the talented chef. If you order eggs and toast, the toast is made from fresh homemade bread. If you get pesto pasta, the pesto is made from scratch. Every dish is not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. A very special thank you goes to Tracy, the manager. She is truly amazing — friendly, professional, and always one step ahead of your needs. Whether it’s renting a scooter, organizing transfers, or just making sure you’re comfortable, she handles everything with grace and care. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Another highlight is the complimentary sports equipment available on-site — everything is brand new and in great condition, and there’s plenty of it. All the staff are consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming, making the whole experience feel effortless and warm. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully run beachside retreat, look no further. This place is an absolute dream!

Tiamo Hotel se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul An Thoi din Phu Quoc, la 23 km de Pagoda Sung Hung, la 45 km de Corona Casino și la 45 km de Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc. We had a lovely stay at the Tiamo hotel. Very clean, modern and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the lady even kindly upgraded us to a front facing room that was available, and room prices are very reasonable for the area. Only a 5-10min walk down to the main sunset town front. Would highly recommend a stay here!! ☺️
