Apart from having a beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms and great spa service (amazing after a day of exploring), I'd highlight the amazing people that work here. They were constantly looking for ways to please us, they got us connected with a great tour guide, and even after having left and realizing that we left a necklace in the hotel, they quickly coordinated efforts to get us the necklace back to us at our next destination 2 hours away! I can't stress how much we loved it here and would recommend to anyone looking to visit this area.

Very good and quiet location located near the river. Rooms were clean and spacious with a huge bed. The river and mountain view from the room was delightful! The front desk was extremely helpful, they provided free bikes to ride, helped with giving us tips for things to visit in the area, helped with laundry and booking bus tickets. There is a restaurant on location with reasonable prices and good food. We especially loved the Bun Cha and the Cocoa banana smoothies. We were there during New Year and they organized a small party for us with dinner, games, cake and fireworks at the end. They really made an effort to make the night feel special!
