Everything was perfect, we enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean, spacious, I loved the lamp on the table with the charger built-in (I would love to know where you bought it, I would very much like to buy one. for myself)

The hotel location is great. There is an easy access to the Thermal and it is centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

We have stayed here more than once, and we like it. Excellent location right in the city centre and next to the funiculaire. It's comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Everything was as it should be. Clean room, friendly staff. Optional parking spaces are perfect. Very satisfied. Would come back.

We had a wonderfully cozy and romantic weekend in this apartment. It felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived — the perfect place to spend Valentine’s time together. The location is excellent: very close to the city center and the thermal baths, and there’s a fantastic bakery just 300 meters away. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our evenings on the comfy corner sofa with a glass of wine were the perfect ending to each day and a beautiful highlight of our Valentine’s getaway. Highly recommended for a relaxing and romantic stay!

We confirm all positive comments from previous reviews. To add: the house is very warm in the winter months. We stayed 4 nights in mid December. We found the kitchen and the other facilities very high quality and in good shape. On all days, there was a parking place in front of the house or max 10 meters away. We, therefore, did not have to use the garage (which was available to use if we wanted). The bedrooms were extremely quiet. No noise from outside or from neighbouring houses.

It’s in the middle of Spa, very good location, walking distance from shops, restaurants and the casino. There is no dedicated parking space, but you can easily find free spaces around the loft, and it’s also free! It’s in a quiet and very secure location. Vincent is very friendly, he let us check in earlier!😁

Great location, everything was handy, clean, quiet, right across the street from city hall, but very little traffic. Lovely area, chill, restaurants, bars, groceries all handy. Good communication with the property manager. Everybody we dealt with was friendly & helpful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was one of the best we had in a hotel. We were given a small room and a big room connected to each other as we were 4 and it was really comfortable, like having a flat. The staff was friendly and the hotel was really clean. In general we realized that the hotel was very generous and everything was well organized. One of the few times I can say that it offered an excellent value for money! We also had dinner at the restaurant and considering the quality of the food and the very nice live music the price we paid was more than fine! We are looking forward going there again!

The apartment was charming, furnished with all necessities including a fully functional kitchen. The furniture (bed, couch) was really comfortable. View to beautiful buildings around, really central location just a couple of minutes walk from the town center, with a great bakery across the road for fresh breakfast. It is accessible via a lift so even suitable for people who cannot use stairs. We really appreciated that our dog was welcome too. There was free street parking just a couple of minutes walk to the apartment.

Very clean place with comfortable beds in a quiet part of town. The hostess, Maria, was very nice. There was a small fridge/freezer in the room and a fan. The location was very good too. Thank you, Maria, for your hospitality 😊

An amazingly cute and rustic chalet, stunning view!! Lovely little fireplace, which you're allowed to use with communal wood. The chalet really had its charms on me. Spa is also a very cute village and a lovely place to have a drink and not too far away from the adventures that might await you in the rest of the Belgian Ardennes. 🏞️

location central and the bakery for fresh in the morning was a 3 minute walk , 5 minutes to restaurants in the little square, plenty of space for parking and 5 minutes from the Thermes which we enjoyed in the morning of leaving
