Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Fichtenwalde

This was my second stay at Landhotel Gustav. It is so convenient to the bus and train. The surrounding property is pleasant and peaceful to stroll though. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate. The meals U enjoyed there were delicious.

Good location, easy to reach nearby towns along the lake both by car and via public transport. A public transport ticket is included as a part of the tourist tax fee. The room was clean; the kitchen and bath were spotless. At the time of my booking, this was certainly the accommodation with the best value for money in the entire region around Caputh. The guest house is run by shop-owners who sell regionally made cheeses and jams in the attached shop. Although the prices were high for the locally made products, it was nevertheless something unique to have in-house. The staff member checking us in didn't seem friendly at first, opening our first conversation with a quick demand for the tourist tax. I was not amused at first. But, as it turned out, she was in fact a lovely lady with a course sense of humor (also known as "Berliner Schnautze"). Just take it with stride. I would return to this accommodation but request a window away from the cobblestoned road.

Host was helpful. Comfortable for a group. Very nice.

Historic building, very friendly, accommodating staff, nice sized room, good breakfast served in welcoming dining room. On the bike route from Wittenberg to Berlin.

Big apartment with 2 big bedrooms and big kitchen. A lot of space. Well equipped kitchen. Good place for a stop over.

The place was pleasantly calm and quiet. The owner is friendly and helpful, he waited for me until late in the evening - I reached the place around 12-1 am and I could check-in without issues. Delicious food and coffee - the gluten-free buns were still warm and were an amazing start into the frosty day in January.
