My stay at the Platzkirsch Hotel in Kelsterbach, Frankfurt, was the most pleasant and rewarding experience in all my years of travel abroad with hotel stays throughtout the world. In particular, the Hotel staff made me feel welcome and eased my tension, after having lost my Debt Card with all my available funds necessary to cover the expenses for my trip to Europe. The manager, never under estimating my integrity, and understanding my concern, helped to work out a soluion, while waiting nearly three weeks to replace and recieve a new debit card from my bank in the United States. I am truly thankful for the good hearted nature and courteous people I encountered in the time of need. The staff's hospitality was superb, and not one time did the staff make me feel self- conscious for my indebtedness with the Hotel during the period of my lengthy stay. Reaching out and helping others in need is truly the basis of human kindship, and setting the good example is what the world needs today. Unfortunately, one does not find this type of genuine concern everyday. It deserves to be recognized and rewarded with honorable mention. It is not only a salute to humanity but, a tribute to the generosity of the German people at large. A special thanks goes the the Hotel Manager and the entire Hotel Platzkirsch support staff. May the Hotel continue to set the example of Excellence...
