Comfortable stay The staff are very friendly Excellent

Outstanding hospitality! The owner is a lifesaver and the property is wonderful. I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The property itself was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was cozy, and it had everything needed for a perfect stay. What truly blew me away, however, was the host's exceptional kindness and helpfulness. I had an emergency situation when I accidentally locked myself out of my room at 5:00 AM after going down to my car. Despite the early hour, the owner arrived with a spare key within just 10 minutes! Her openness, kindness, and incredible responsiveness in such a stressful situation were unmatched. I am so grateful for her help. I highly recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay here again!

A warm welcome and an excellent mattress to sleep on, aswell as a willingness to rustle up a small something for a late arrival. Although renovations are still far from finished and decor a matter of taste I would be happy to stay again anytime.

The receptionist was very lovely, very friendly, and communicated very well in English because I can't speak German. They were very helpful and helpful. I will definitely go back. It's worth the money.

The property is very clean, modern and wonderfully furnished! It felt like home. The bed was very comfortable, fresh towels were at hand and a fully functioning kitchen. The included wifi worked perfectly.

Slow response at the beginning the sofa mattress was not clean full of spots also the cushions,I have written to office and reported to them but unfortunately replied to me Hello Lord Alhussan, Thank you for signing up. They've booked the apartment for two. That’s why someone normally doesn’t think it’s supposed to stay at the sleeping sofa. That's why there's no mattress saver. Of course the sofa and pillows should still be clean. Of course it shouldn't look like that, and I'd like to apologize. Unfortunately, our cleaner overlooked this. Thank you for your understanding. Sincere greetings Melnik's Holiday such reply was not good reply especially with photos sent to them
