Amazing view of Lake Atitlan! The property is SO cute, very lush and beautiful with a ton of plants. The hotel's restaurant might be the only real dining area in San Antonio, and it's delicious. I loved it here, would definitly return.

Richard was super easy to communicate with. He was very welcoming, explained everything very clearly and went out of his way to help at every step. Our room had an amazing view of the lake, had a fireplace, a very comfortable shower, and the bed was amazing to sleep on. Everything in the room was done with care! The hotel has a sauna, steam room, and free kayaks available. They make meals in-house so if you want to have a relaxing time at the hotel, you don't have to go anywhere to eat. If you're trying to get to Panajachel, the staff can call for a cab or a tuk-tuk (you can also catch one outside) for a reasonable price and you will get the most beautiful ride around the lake. We felt very welcome in Hotel Nuestro Sueño and would happily come back.

The villa is located right on the lake with spectacular views! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager was available at any time. We hired a chef for one night who prepared us great food. I would go back in heartbeat.

The apartment was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Really well equipped kitchen, so could definitely also host longer stays. Comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. Cozy warm light reading lamps in the bedroom which was a welcome change from the energy saving glaring lightbulbs you often get around these parts. Good water pressure and shower got really hot for those missing a proper hot shower in Guatemala. 8min tuktuk ride to the boat pier. Road noise didn't bother me at all, I always sleep with earplugs, but they also provide them if you need some. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Great place on the lake, with beautiful sunsets and nice amenities. The host, Fernando, is extremely friendly and helpful any time we needed. He even got up to help us get a boat at 6am! We very highly recommend staying in this peaceful house across the lake!

Located on a quiet side street, the hotel is manned by a very polite and helpful staff, my room was clean and spacious, with warm water from the shower and I really enjoyed sitting by the small garden courtyard. Great value for money

I recently stayed at Hanna Resort during my visit to lake Atitlán. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but also exceptionally forthcoming, going out of their way to assist with our luggage and ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Even after we checked out, they graciously allowed us to continue using the pool facilities and provided us with towels, extending their hospitality beyond our expectations. The location of the hotel is another highlight. Situated close to the lake, it offers breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, Hanna Resort offers exceptional service, a good location, and great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Atitlán and look forward to returning in the future.
