Nice structure, great swimming pool, very nice location (quite isolated). Welcoming host

There is the most beautiful extended garden where you can sit in the cool of the morning or evening...as it was fiercely hot in this period it was a real bonus. Even in the daytime there is shade from the huge trees. The lavender plantation gives a beautiful perfume. We also had breakfast outside under the trees. Alessandra is very nice and a fount of local history and folklore. Very worthwhile to visit during nice weather.

Great location with fantastic view of the lake. The farmhouse has recently been carefully restored and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable..The owner is a lovely and welcoming host and is happy to share her beautiful home. Thank you for having us and our dog Charlie. Reccomend the walk around the lake. Will be back !

The location was perfect, in between the mountains and near the lake of Cingoli. Almost all of the rooms have a view of the beautiful lake and if you don’t you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was most kind and very helpfull in every way. Everything was super clean and breakfast was very good.

Nice place near the lake, good breakfast

We spent a few calm days in Le Marche, just enjoying the amazing landscape. Room was quite big and very clean, the pool was also super clean as well and there is a hammock in the beautful garden where you can just hang out for a while. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace with great views, just lovely!
