I was solo travelling and the room met my needs. It had a safety deposit box, hair dryer, extra comforter and space heater since it gets cold at night. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and there were no issues with hot water supply nor water pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quiet at night and I like how it's a fairly quiet hotel during the day. The breakfast buffet was great too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Every single person from the staff was very friendly. The apartment was good and the beds confortable. I recommend.

Such a nice spot to base yourself before a trek, and even better to return to after four days of hiking in the sodden rain. The bed in our private room was massive, and the room itself was really comfortable. The staff were all super helpful, especially Yohann and Joni, and made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible with coca tea and water available all day.

This hotel is located in the very center of Cusco next to the main square, so you will hear the noise of traffic and the sounds of a lively city that never sleeps. At any time of the day or night you can see tourists coming and going. I didn't mind it but if you're looking for a quiet environment, then this location is not for you. While having breakfast you enjoy the view of Plaza de Armas and the kindness and prompt service of the staff. The room is spacious enough with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Hot water is available throughout the day.

This family-run hotel is just two-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. We stayed for 3 nights. The owner Johan was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the Wide King size bed was very comfortable.

I loved how off the beaten path this accomodation was! After such a busy time in Cusco and traveling, I wanted somewhere I could just relax. This fit the bill perfectly. Not to mention Cidelia was amazing! Super easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond.

It is a hotel type accommodation with basic but clean room, very comfortable bed and a hot shower. The historic centre is just a few minutes away altthough the main square is around 15 min away by walk, which is ok.

The staff was extremely gentle, the breakfast was amazing and the location is good (10 min walk until Plaza de Armas). Clean and spacious room. Loved it

Wonderful hostel which is directly across the street from airport. Clean room. Maintained shared bathroom. Cooking facilities. Public bus transport into and return from central town, markets, sights on main road in front of hostel. Quick responses from staff. Highly recommend for 1 to a few nights.

This hotel is a real hidden gem. The access is a bit tricky through country roads, but once you arrive and the gates open, it truly feels like paradise. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. On top of that, the hotel is located right next to sacred valley river where you can chill. And if you love animals, you’ll be delighted !! There are dogs, cat, rabbit, chickens, guinea pigs, and even a Lama !

The staff was so generous and the place was super clean!

The lady serving breakfast was very lovely, a definite highlight of the place, she deserves a raise whatever she earns :)
