Amazing breakfast, very nice host, clean and nice apartment

Loved the view from the little balcony off the breakfast room, the garden with plenty of seating and my room with the modern bathroom.

We had a delightful stay in these cozy and romantic apartments in the heart of Dervio. The host's hospitality was exceptional, providing us with a lovely breakfast and delicious coffee every morning.

Facilities and that was so clean everything was perfect

The staff is great, very helpful and informative. The view from the shared terrace is beautiful. AC worked great and parking was provided. Kitchen is well equipped.

Fantastic location - very close to the station which was great for us as we arrived by train and also used it to visit other nearby towns. All very clean and Nadia was very efficient and friendly - great communication.

Due to unforeseen circumstances at Villa Dervio was changed to Antico Torchio Residence. Since both properties are located in the same area and share the same beautiful grounds, our positive impressions remained unchanged. A special thank you to Vittoria for offering us the option to switch accommodations. Without her help, we would have had to cancel our vacation, and her kindness and flexibility made all the difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the lake and close to the train station, making it convenient to explore the surrounding towns by train and then continue by ferry. This combination is a great way to discover Lake Como while saving time. The property was clean, pet-friendly, and included a parking space. The highlight, however, was the magnificent shared garden, which provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. We would gladly return and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

The location of this apartment was very ideal, it was clean, value for money and we had a good view of the lake and the hills. The swimming pool was refreshing to use after a long day. Would for sure recommend.
