Clean and spacious room, basic amenities provided. Perfect for catching a ferry next day from Livorno as the port is very close. It was quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at La Rosa. Everything was very clean and well maintained and organized. The pool was amazing and Davide was super attentive and available at all times for questions or recommendations. Getting to Livorno or the airport is very easy, while the location itself is super peaceful in the middle of nature.

Everything! The house is amazing, huge, well-furnished, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us because we had a wedding at the Villa dal Pozzo nearby. Is it quite and easy to find. And last, Adriana is super kind, helpful, and available. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we strongly suggest this place!

We were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend this place 100%. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean and very spacious, and the kitchens are well equipped. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with outdoor tables and seating areas for spending evenings outside, as well as the option to enjoy a barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening activities organized by the hosts. We stayed as a large group and booked four apartments, and everyone was happy. The only small inconvenience was the lack of laundry facilities. I knew there was no washing machine in the apartment, but I was hoping for a shared space, even a paid one, to do laundry. Perhaps this is just a temporary issue. In any case, it did not spoil our wonderful stay here. Many thanks to the hosts

We had the house called orzo, which was a 2 Bedroom house, it was big and well equipped ( although didn't have a kettle) although I'm sure if asked it would have been supplied, but we made use of a pan, view amazing, swimming pool a huge welcome relief from the hot summer weather. Definitely need a car, but so close to the airport (15 mins) Lidl 3 mins down the road. Restaurant on site served great food but unfortunately only open on Friday and Saturday. Sometimes the bar was open between 5-7 but not every night. Owners very helpful with any questions I had, although they didn't speak a lot of English it was better than our Italian and we managed. Would love to return here, my son loved visiting the farm animals. thankyou for your hospitality

Beautiful quiet and peaceful rural location. Property recently refurbished to a very high standard, relaxed and friendly owner and staff. Good coffee.

Hotel service in B&B. Since it was super hot in August, the owners gave us air-con to use for no extra charge. Breakfast was super nice!

Beautiful private shady outside patio whisteria pergola. Lovely plants & trees. Friendly but not invasive visits hello from the gentle dogs and cats. Lovely to be able to wander around and see many horses in their padocks and Ugo the pig-boar. Privacy and peace. Great sized pool perfectly tended with lovely greenery & no time limits. Welcoming oasis. This clean farm-house style accomodation is great to just chill with your own drinks, books and company. We had two of the appartments which worked perfectly for 6 of us.
