Self Catering Accommodation in Guasticce

Fairytale house, ideal for families with children. Stunning house, massive, spotless, well catered for a family getaway. Would’ve been a dream to visit here as a child, the attic is like something from a storybook. Even as 3 adults, we were well able to appreciate this property for what it was, a fantastic spot to stay within a stones throw from Livorno (beaches) and Pisa. Lovely pizza spot over the road (super affordable) which allowed us to finish off our trip to Italy with a lovely authentic wood fire pizza. Great value in this property if you can fill the beds too!

We stayed at La Rosa. Everything was very clean and well maintained and organized. The pool was amazing and Davide was super attentive and available at all times for questions or recommendations. Getting to Livorno or the airport is very easy, while the location itself is super peaceful in the middle of nature.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. The stylishly furnished house was a pleasant surprise, and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a pity we only spent one night here after returning by ferry from Sardinia. The hosts were very kind—they even came to meet us on the way when we couldn't find the exact address at night! :-) Thank you for the refreshments you provided.

Everything! The house is amazing, huge, well-furnished, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us because we had a wedding at the Villa dal Pozzo nearby. Is it quite and easy to find. And last, Adriana is super kind, helpful, and available. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we strongly suggest this place!

It was great that I stayed in such a domestic facility. The host was kind and very accommodating.

The host was helpful and described in detail where the parking lot was and where the entrance was.

We were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend this place 100%. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean and very spacious, and the kitchens are well equipped. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with outdoor tables and seating areas for spending evenings outside, as well as the option to enjoy a barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening activities organized by the hosts. We stayed as a large group and booked four apartments, and everyone was happy. The only small inconvenience was the lack of laundry facilities. I knew there was no washing machine in the apartment, but I was hoping for a shared space, even a paid one, to do laundry. Perhaps this is just a temporary issue. In any case, it did not spoil our wonderful stay here. Many thanks to the hosts

We had the house called orzo, which was a 2 Bedroom house, it was big and well equipped ( although didn't have a kettle) although I'm sure if asked it would have been supplied, but we made use of a pan, view amazing, swimming pool a huge welcome relief from the hot summer weather. Definitely need a car, but so close to the airport (15 mins) Lidl 3 mins down the road. Restaurant on site served great food but unfortunately only open on Friday and Saturday. Sometimes the bar was open between 5-7 but not every night. Owners very helpful with any questions I had, although they didn't speak a lot of English it was better than our Italian and we managed. Would love to return here, my son loved visiting the farm animals. thankyou for your hospitality

Beautiful private shady outside patio whisteria pergola. Lovely plants & trees. Friendly but not invasive visits hello from the gentle dogs and cats. Lovely to be able to wander around and see many horses in their padocks and Ugo the pig-boar. Privacy and peace. Great sized pool perfectly tended with lovely greenery & no time limits. Welcoming oasis. This clean farm-house style accomodation is great to just chill with your own drinks, books and company. We had two of the appartments which worked perfectly for 6 of us.

Nice house and fantastic garden with pool, bbq and various sitting/relaxing areas. We have even seen fireflies at dark! Relatively close to main attractions but quiet location to enjoy holidays. Both house and surroundings are decent size, even bigger than what pictures reflect. Kind and supportive hosts, I can only recommend this place -we had an amazing time there!

The property was fairly convenient for our personal needs. It was clean. The owner allowed us a late checkout out.

Stunning location, wonderfull, clean and very well equipped apartament and extremely kind owner! Perfect vacation in a perfect place!

Podere Sant’ Antonio is a wonderful place to stay. It is easily accessible and very centrally located. Close to Livorno, and cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Siena, and Florence are not far away. The accommodation is attractively decorated, with spacious rooms, a good bathroom, and a beautiful swimming pool. You are right in the middle of the vineyard, where they make their own delicious wine, olive oil, honey, and related products. Elena and Andrea are very nice and they also organize a delicious wine tasting, which is highly recommended!

Clear instructions, and amazing response from host if we had any questions.

Very nice hosts, nice apartment, convenient for ferry rides.

We had a fantastic experience at La Rondine The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described.. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch — especially the fully equipped kitchen and great restaurant. Francesco was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect — close to beach but still quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
