The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It's an old building and the rooms are small. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is great, very central. Nice little bar too.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views, and all of the facilities that we needed for our visit. Jessica answered our queries quickly, both before and during our stay. The apartment is located close to the railway station, the city centre and the parkrun start, and made it easy for us to get to the activities that we had planned. Thanks for letting us stay.

The restaurant was amazing, we had a very delicious meal and the ambiance was superb.

The location is beautiful. There is private parking. A nice pool for a swim. The rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast was literally amazing with so much variety. For that price a night definitely worth all of it! No AC in the room. Inside was warmer then outside

I’ve made the reservation as a birthday present for my son and his girlfriend. As I wrote that to hosts, Pietro upgraded them to a nicer room and treated them very kind. They were delighted. Thank you! That was really very nice. Beside that the property and rooms are lovely and walking distance to Lucca. I will definitely book again.

The most beautiful and relaxing place I've stayed. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was incredible - it was the perfect getaway for relaxation. Would definitely come back!

We had a beautiful room on the ground floor that looked out over trees and a garden. The breakfasts were wonderful: plenty of choice, with fruit and cakes available during the day. We were able to easily walk the distance to the historic centre of Lucca via the nearby Porta Elisa.

Absolutely perfect. Wonderful place, amazing comfortable bedroom. Very near the city center. Luca is an excellent host. Totally recommend. Couldn’t have stayed in a better place to start our Via Francigena.
