My amazing and professional hostess was like a caring friend. My room, all the facilities of the suite, and the services that were outlined in the Booking.com site were outstanding. As I was planning my walk/trip on the Via Francigena, I knew ahead of time that I would either walk or take a taxi from the train station to A casa di Bice. The owners were very friendly and helpful, as we had some inconveniences and they made a Great effort to help us (they waited for us for a very late check in at 10.30pm, and let us stay in the pool until late on the last day, allowing a 2pm check out: very appreciated!).
