Gran Tocoro was phenomenal. Everything was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The food was incredible, but come very hungry (if you ordered the meal) because there was a TON of food. The sauna was such a great addition and really added to our experience. The staff was so accommodating they even drove us into town when we missed the shuttle. They also provided luggage forwarding for us with ease.

The sauna was top-notch harvia equipped. The cold plunge was outdoor and felt great. It froze in the morning. The entertainment system was great. The dining table was large enough for friends to gather. Floor was heated, so it was comfortable for lounging around the floor when watching movies. The backyard was beautiful as it was a real forest.

Everything was great. Clean and tidy. I was surprised at how much was included (gear for a BBQ including aluminium tray, tongs, lump charcoal, fore starter, fresh wood to get the charcoal hot etc. Welcome pack with toothbrushes, wipes, Chopsticks. Very friendly staff who were great. Ability to self checkin if arriving late.
