Nagyon könnyű volt a kommunikáció a kedves tulajdonossal. Egyszerűen ment a ki-és bejelentkezés is. Átutazóként csak egy éjszakát voltunk, közel van bolt, bevásárlóközpont, gyorsétterem. A ház külseje és a lépcsőház ijesztő, de a lakás egy teljesen frissen felújított, tiszta, modern és nagyon szépen berendezett szállás. A háztömb előtt az utcán ingyenesen lehet parkolni.

Mivel átutazók voltunk, jól jött, hogy közel volt a via Baltica- hoz, de mégse volt közvetlen mellette, így csendesebb volt. A reggeli svédasztalos, és egy fiatal lány nagyon segítőkész volt az étkezőben. A szoba és az ágy kényelmes.
