Everything was lovely. The balcony is huge, and we spent so much time out there looking out at the mountains. (I added 8 bird species to my life list on the Merlin app, just from birdwatching from the balcony!) There's a big living space and kitchenette, and the bedroom/bathroom was very spacious. Ahe only books one group at a time, so we had the whole place to ourselves. She took us for a walk in her village, and everyone was so smiley and kind. It felt like an authentic slice of life, especially compared to our usual touristy hangouts in Bangkok. We rented a car and visited all the local attractions, as well as two national parks. I wasn't sure we could really find enough to do for five days, but it was wonderful.

It has lovely views and is close to many cute cafes and temples with nice views. The owner is super sweet and provided us with an amazing breakfast in the morning with drip coffee.
