“My experience at Shangri-La Hotel Muyenga was exceptional from the moment I arrived. I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing juice and a delicious snack, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi that made my stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and fresh options to choose from. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, allowing me to work and stream without any issues. I also appreciated the spacious parking area and the tight, reliable security that made me feel safe throughout my stay. The entire environment is calm, green, and serene—perfect for anyone looking to unwind. I truly had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Shangri-La Hotel Muyenga for comfort, quality service, and a peaceful getaway.”

it is proper hotel with a fantastic location. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Rooms are clean and quiet. There is a variety of breakfast foods - sweet, savory, fresh fruits and vegetables. The employees are always making sure your needs are covered before you can even ask. They are always friendly and happy to help with any questions. We would especially like to show appreciation towards Joseph, he made us feel at home with his warm smile and positive attitude.
