The place was very nice and modern. The only complaint was who ever mopped the floor in the bathroom left dirty tracks. The staff was great and the room was comfortable!

Close to everything, newer facility. Quiet despite being near roads. Room was well cleaned by Luz and very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amenities! We will definitely stay here again whenever in Ames. Thank you!

Entire staff and management personnel were EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL and made our trip and stay WONDERFUL.. I would definitely stay at this hotel property again with family and friends. We rented a small banquet room for our graduation celebration dinner and the room was set up, clean, roomy and comfortable. This hotel, management and staff met our needs. Throughout the hotel property it was clean, sanitized and we felt very, very safe and comfortable.

Breakfast was fine. There was a worker there named Teresa. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. I forgot my phone charger, toothbrush, and toothpaste. She found all of those items for me. This woman was so kind and also made others feel welcome while I ate breakfast. She deserves a huge raise! We will definitely be back.

Kitchenette was a HUGE benefit, on a multi day trip. All common areas were spacious and nice.
