We booked the Crowne Plaza for an overnight stay prior to catching an early flight to Toronto. It was perfect. We paid an additional reasonable fee to leave our car in their lot which worked out really well. We slept great and caught the early shuttle to the airport. A great start to our vacation.

We stayed here as we had an early departure from San Francisco airport. It is a little way from the airport but the free shuttle offered by the hotel means this is not an issue at all as it goes frequently to and from the airport and is very easy to catch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room was great and we looked into the central atrium which was great. The blackout curtains were especially brilliant. Would stay here again without hesitation.

SamTrans bus from the airport (1 floor below the arrivals level) brings you in 5 minutes to the Millbrea-BART station, which is across the street from the hotel. Free coffee at check-in. Good shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. No street noise during the night (we slept with the window open - which has a fly screen btw). If you want to go downtown, the BART train will take you there in about 25 minutes. A cosy hotel with eye for the environment.

The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing,also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out

There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible. The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early to catch our flight so we weren’t able to go to the breakfast.

The breakfast is good. The location is perfect for traveller, they shuttle too.

We loved everything,from the cleanliness attention to detail,,bar with great food.Courtesy shuttle to airport.Our room was amazing and very inexpensive. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer.Staff were friendly and very efficient.

The view was amazing, staff friendly, knowledgable!! Food was excellent!!! i needed laundry room, got that done. Everything we needed, it just happened!!! What an amazing place and experience!!
