We needed a pool for my daughters birthday party (nine of us total) I was worried that staff might ask us to be quiet but they were so lovely. The lobby was perfect for playing a board game on a big family sized table.

The breakfast was not to my satisfaction, the location was ok. However I had a terrible experience with some of the members of staff. I had some packages delivered to the hotel 2 days before my arrival when I was checked in I enquired about the packages I was supposed to receive 3 but when they were brought to me there was only 2 so I asked the receptionist to check if there was another because it should be 3, she did and said no she only saw 2. I proceeded to my room because I was jet lag, after getting some rest I went back to investigate about the missing package which should be a cell phone and again I was told it is not there. I then contacted the seller because I had received a notification from the Friday that the package was delivered to the hotel. The seller send me the full description of the delivery note from UPS which shows the time date and receiver of the package. I took this information back to front desk and ask if there was anyone working there by the name SR Baldwin as this was the person who signed for the package. The clerk that I spoke to admitted that the surname is hers but she do not recognized the first initials she advisedme to talktothe manager about which I did ,he took my information and said he will get back to me which he did not. Later that day I missed a call from front desk so I went down because I felt that the phone was discovered but when I got there there the receptionist at the time asked how many packages did I received when I arrived ,I said 2 she said no there were 3 packages back there with your name on them. She then sent an email to her supervisor letting him aware that there were 3 packages so he should view the camera to see what happens. The next day I went to front desk and asked for the manager and was told he was in a meeting, I will receive a call when he is out that did not happen so I went back there few hours after and this time I was handed a small paper bag from Hilton and was told that one of the staff
