The hosts are super friendly and helpful as they live in the house above. This is a large one bedroomed ground floor apartment, more than adequate for my wife and I. There are a further 2 single beds for family members. I am not sure that there is sufficient space for a lengthy extended family stay. The bigger than king size bed was very comfortable indeed and I slept better here even than in my own king size bed when I am at home, though I did catch my self on something metal on the structure of the bed getting out on one occasion. There is a very well equipped kitchen, and a large fridge and an adjoining sitting room area. I cannot remember if there was a dishwasher, but there being only 2 of us we did not need one, but can I make plain this property is not in want of any facilities. There is a small bathroom containing a shower, a sink and washing machine and tumble dryer. We went in high summer and the property can be easily cooled down by the air conditioning units, though it was generally cool enough not to be required at night. Wilmington was for us an excellent and pretty location - well clear of the metropolis of Boston, but in close enough proximity ie a half hour drive. NB Park at Boston Common Park carpark, Charles Street. And it is cheaper I found with SpotHero. We made 2 trips to Boston, one to Salem, one to Gloucester and Rockport, and a number of walks near nearby lakes in woods infested with hungry bitey things unfortunately more interested in the taste of English arm and thigh than the view.
