The apartment was very clean and comfortable (with 2 big-size comfortable beds). Few types of towels, iron, dryer, soap, and dishwashing liquid were ensured. The location was really great! There's a wide variety of groceries, and restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Very good location close to the metro line/shuttle to the airport. Definitely recommend!!! When I return to Naples, I'd like to rent an apartment from Alessandro again.

Great location to reach all important sightseeing places, port for the islands, restaurants in Spanich Quartal, hop-on-hop-off busses. The accomodations was in an historical appartment building, 4th floor with lift. The room had great view from the balcony, airconditioning was good, bathroom had everything necessay. Small refrigerator ans complementary drinks were very nice.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated in a strategic position to explore the city. It was corresponding to the pictures and we had all needed amenities with a bonus point for the welcome drinks/snacks that were prepared for us. Neighbouring was quiet and everything of our interested was reachable by foot from the accommodation. We were welcomed by Tina which was very friendly, clearly explained everything and gave us recommendations! Same for the host Francesco which was always available and responsive!

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, nice area, close to the old town. Parking in the area was €35/day. Communication was great.

Location, view, pool and Antonio, the most wonderful and efficient front desk manager I have ever met in all my frequent travels, he made everything possible and I would wish for such an excellent employee if I were in the hospitality industry. Can't say enough good things about him. Amazing. Last time I stayed at the Belmond Caruso next door and the coastal view of Palazzo Avino is equally excellent. But they don't have anybody like Antonio.
