Dominique was wonderful and even drove us to the station at the end of our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and had everything we needed and was in a lovely neighbourhood near the lake- which was amazing - and also had good access to the main town. Dominique showed us a place to leave our bikes safely which was also really helpful.

From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location and the interactions I had with Dominique, the hostess. I had a few questions beforehand, and she answered all of them thoroughly. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions. The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel hotel is easily reachable on foot from the main station. Very clean and newly arranged. The hotel is very close to premium restaurants, most interesting places (including OMEGA museum) are in walking distance. Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast.
