Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The breakfast offered unique and delightful options, and the dinner was equally distinctive with its local flavors. Highly recommended！

Our room was in the Guest House, an annex which is a one minute walk to the main building; we would recommend this to travellers looking for a great experience on a budget. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the spa area was impeccable; we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Stoos.
