(4 floors high!!) I loved reading the history of the creator of this design - a New Zealander who got his idea after the 2011 earthquake in Auckland, when the city resorted to repurposing/reusing what they had to rebuild structure. I wandered around for my first 3 hours on the property, just taking photos, with my mouth agape, in awe. The complimentary breakfast, was one of the best I've ever eaten ANYWHERE. So many choices, such delicious home-made granola, all just extraordinary. The plants, the combination of colors, everything was just awe-inspiring. Also, the support staff, were incredibly kind, helpful, and English-proficient. They went out of their ways to be helpful, which I very much appreciated as a 71 year old woman.

Fauna Hotel is 20 metres from Queen Victoria Elevator. Puerto Metro Station is 700 metres away, and it connects directly with Viña del Mar. Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport, located in Santiago, is 106 km away. Shuttles to the airport can be coordinated with the hotel. Beautiful building in the middle of old town. The food was very good, possible lactose-free milk. Great view from room and breakfast terrace

The staff were great and it felt very safe. The rooftop pool was also excellent, though not heated, it felt amazing on a hot day!

The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Los Corsarios. The guest house features family rooms. Amazing staff, people were very nice, everything needed was there. Location is very good to visit by walk the town and going to the beach. Good quality price

Ximena helped us to purchase a pack of two full-day tours and sunrise at Tongariki that covered all the attractions on the island. She also helped us to rent a car for the rest of the days, at a very good price. The bungalows are very close to the beach and the breakfast was very good.
