Fast internet , and everything is electronic and brand newly renovated with the best linen and pillows I had in a hotel ever , then the pillar of this Hotel is the staff, that went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and part of the family , we were their over a public holiday and they still managed to arrange us toors to all the places we wanted to see!!! I am not mentioning names of the staff as I am scared I leave anyone out!!! They are all Fantastic , if you want a real experience of Beijing then please book the Happy Dragon ! Ps breakfast is a combination of traditional with a western flair , and it was delicious! To the owner - your staff is amazing!!!!

There was a girl at the reception her name was 小雨 (rein) she was extremely helpful and made our stay worth while and very pleasant she also speaks a bit of English which helps a lot. They offered a variety of items at breakfast and they ensured we stayed hydrated by offering us free bottles of water every time. The hotel is close to a variety of shops and restaurants and it’s fun just to roam around it. I’d recommend staying here and if you do ensure to say hi to rein !

The staff was excellent, super attentive to all our needs; a place full of beautiful details, nothing was left out. Quiet rooms, super comfortable beds, and pillows. Breakfast was also delicious and generous, with three different menus: an occidental, a local, and a healthy one, but also a buffet. The hotel is close to a shopping mall with many good places to eat, shop, and cafes. Super fun to walk around.

Super helpful and friendly. Our teenagers loved it after some days in Beijing.
