Good swimming pool. - each bed has its own fan and mosquito net. - The staff was amazing, they make you feel welcome and give you tips about things to do. In reception Adri and Enrique and the night staff were really night. IMPORTANT: After doing your booking you will receive a message to confirm your booking by paying 50%+a small car tip. This NOT a scam,i checked with booking. AND if you think you are arriving late,after 6pm tell them!! There are different rules in Colombia and they can put your room as no show if you don't confirm on the day or before that you are arriving late. Totally, worth staying here!

I wish we could have been there for a whole week ! The treehouse was gorgeous. We were so relaxed. Just what we needed. And the cats were so sweet! It really was beautiful. A really special part of our trip! And we love Palomino!

Ayenda Hotel Helenas se află în localitatea Ríohacha din regiunea La Guajira, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Playa de Riohacha. The rooms were renovated. The host recommended us in advance to book larger rooms for the same price, as we were the only guests. The price was good.

The owner is lovely, the rooms are neat and breakfast is pretty good. Plenty of dogs and cats in the courtyard.

Jaba Jan Hostal se află în Palomino și include o grădină, o zonă de plajă privată, un lounge comun și un bar. This hostel is one of the best hostels we have been on our travels! The atmosphere is so relaxed and you can have a great time there. We loved the activities like movie night or mangrove tour, parties or pizza night. The location is perfect with the river and the sea very close by. The room and facilities were cleaned every day and the chill space was really chill 😃 Every day there is food at fixed time frames and it makes people come together and it’s easy to make connections. The staff and volunteers are super nice and it was a pleasure to hang out with everyone. It makes sense that people stay here for more than a few days.
