This property does not have a reception. All guests are required to complete an online check-in before arrival, and apartment access details will be sent electronically. The location is the best you can find. The reception staff is professional yet friendly and cordial although it's so well developed digitally and organized that you can actually stay weeks there without their assistance. Cleaning and laundry services are accurate and good quality. There's not one missing element for this hotel.

The location is just perfect - right at the heart in Berlin ❤️ The rooms are specious and the bed is very comfy. Breakfast was very good and the food was delicious. Everybody was eager to help.
