The spot was very nice and clean. The room was pretty big. And the cleaning lady did a very perfectionist job. We also dis laundry and it was ready the same day and folded. The small attentions were very nice. We also booked an extra night by mistake on the wrong night and the managed to find us another stay nearby. We are e very thankful.

Nebro Nubian Guest House - Adults Only asub Aswanis. Majutusruumidel on konditsioneer ja rõdu. It’s very central in the nubian village with easy accessibility to the market and the port. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful specially Mr.Hafez, he made sure we were having a good stay. The vibe of the place was very relaxing.

This was probably the best hotel on our trip! The staff were really helpful and kind, the rooms were so beautifully decorated and the location on the banks of the river was just out of this world. Most astonishingly, the hotel manager couriered our iPad to us from Aswan all the way to Alexandria free of charge after we left it in the room upon check-out. Really a delightful stay and we will certainly return to this gem!

This is a very large property - bigger than we expected. It was very clean, well looked after, cool and comfortable. Yaya, the owner, greeted us. He was a lovely guy. We only stayed one night but we actually discussed that we should have stayed longer. The town is significantly less touristy than Luxor and Aswan and in the evening we went about our way almost ignored. This apartment and this town are a good place to rest up and take a break. We really liked this apartment and Yaya made us feel welcome. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

Great hospitality, great location, breakfast was delicious, i traveled with friends and Abu arranged trip to Abu Simbel for us, from pick up in the return everithing was perfect. You have free and private sauna. There is also option to pay (not much) for massage. I would recommend Abu guesthouse to anyone who comes to Asuan.

Staying on Elephantine Island was such a special experience, and Ahmed played a huge part in making it memorable. He helped me organize tours to Abu Simbel and other sites for the best possible price, always making sure I was getting fair local rates. What really stood out was his dedication, he even woke up at 4am to make sure the boat came to pick me up on time. That level of care is rare. I highly recommend staying on this side of the island. It’s much quieter and has beautiful views toward the Aswan Botanical Garden. Watching the sunset from the balcony overlooking the Nile River was a truly memorable moment for me. The room itself is simple, so don’t expect luxury. The bed isn’t the most comfortable, but I honestly didn’t mind because the lovely private balcony and the common viewing area over the Nile more than made up for it. The atmosphere felt peaceful and authentic. Ahmed also arranged a taxi pickup that included a boat transfer bringing me directly in front of the hotel. That seamless arrival alone was worth the money. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic stay with genuine local hospitality and someone who will go the extra mile for you, this is the place.

We opted for the taxi service and were met at the airport by a lovely person (sorry, I’ve forgotten all names!) who got us there while pointing out all the local sights. On arriving, what a lovely place! Artika feels absolutely serene, you have the Nile right next to you, and it’s all so quiet. Food was absolutely delicious (with fantastic vegetarian and vegan options), and the drinks were great too. Everyone working was absolutely lovely, and so helpful and caring. Always willing to help with anything you could possibly think of or need. Blissful. They had a few really cute and friendly dogs and puppies as well, but were also always ready to move them away for someone in our group who was scared of dogs. Rooms were really spacious and the beds are huge! Overall, an absolute pleasure to stay here, and would love to come back again! Thank you so much for everything, to all the staff at Artika.
