Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.

We asked for a parking spot (extra pay) and this was a luxury in the busy Margate.

Very well situated for the harbour and Harbour Street’s lovely shops, restaurants and cafes and the High Street as well as the seafront and Tankerton.
