ZEN MOON Hostel in Yogyakarta provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a bar. The property is around 3.4 km from Sultan's Palace, 3.6 km from Museum Sonobudoyo and 3.6 km from Fort Vredeburg. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and a tour desk for guests. We had a wonderful stay, it's probably the best place we've stayed at that price range so far across Bali and Java. Great value for money, the listing doesn't do it justice. We extended from 3 nights to 5. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in town. Room and bathroom were clean and well fitted. Bed comfortable, AC and mosquito net. Bathroom is big. The decoration is pleasant. The host is attentive. There's a communal rooftop we had to ourselves because there weren't many other guests. We rented scooters through the host to go to Borobudur and they were great and affordable. The location is wonderful, plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around. We loved it

Situated 11 km from Saung Angklung Udjo, Rumah Lereng Bandung offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an infinity pool and an open-air bath. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. The guesthouse is built by a dutch couple who has lived in Indonesia for almost 20 years. They build this place step by step and maintain the condition of housing with considerable intention. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with many details to discover, such as the old wooden furniture from East Timur and the garden panorama designed according to specific slope angle. The local host in charge is an Indonesian couple. They are super friendly and willing to share life stories with guests. Cats and dogs in the facility are well taken care of. It is highly recommended to read the booklet of the "History of Rumah Lereng Bandung" during the stay. In sum, this is one of the best place that I've ever stayed.

Featuring a terrace with pool views, an infinity pool and a garden, Rumah Dharma can be found in Borobudur, close to Borobudur Temple and 40 km from Yogyakarta Tugu Train Station. With mountain views, this accommodation features a balcony. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Brilliant location in rice fields, quiet and wonderful view, and lovely, helpful staff. Free bikes to see local villages. Dinners were wonderful, stayed 5 nights and only ate out once.

Some units feature a seating area for your convenience. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. All rooms have a private bathroom fitted with shower on solar energy. Everything was excellent. We stayed 2 nights in a family room because it was the only room left and it was huge, very clean, with a balcony overlooking rice fields. Shower and AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was simple but delicious (fruit juice, fresh fruit, cheese/egg & tomato toastie, tea). Filtered water was available to refill bottles. The owner and his Belgian friend helped us book tickets online for Borobodur & Prambanam, and also secured a driver. We were able to visit Prambanam before lunch, Borobodur after lunch, and also the two smaller Buddhist temples Pawon and Mendut. The hotel owner also booked a car to take us to the airport. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, superb service, including getting up early to give us breakfast. Would definitely stay again and stay for longer, this would be a nice place to unwind by the pool.

All units at Arnez Tropical Cottage include air conditioning and a desk. Arnez was a great spot. The location was a comfortable distance from Tumpak Sewu and Goa Tetes. The breakfast was good and the staff accommodated our requests when mixing up the menu. The bed was comfy and spacious. There was a great view of Semuru from the restaurant.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 3.1 km from Sultan's Palace, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 3.3 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. A great place to stay. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the hosts, husband and wife. This place is well maintained, with a beautiful wall and interesting atmosphere. Rooms are clean especially the toilet. Suitable for family with kids, couples, and friends, I saw a foldable splash sprinkler pad for kids…! Great location as well, with many restaurants around the place, even at the middle of the night. I would highly recommend this place, value for money and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Set in Sidomukti in the East Java region, Dear traveller luxury glamping features a garden. This luxury tent offers a terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park is 36 km away. Super cozy stay! We took a train to Klakah thinking it would be easy to take a grab, bus or train to the glamping but due to the lack of tourism nothing was there. We were stranded and texted the hotel and they literally sent an off-road rescue pickup that was used to save people from volcanic eruptions haha. The driver took us through bromo national park and allowed us to sit on the roof while we drove over rivers that were formed by lava streams. Safe to say they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The tent is super cozy and has everything you need, even a mini airco even though it isn’t advertised. The waterfall close by is genuinely on par with ijen with how beautiful it is and it gave us the most incredible pictures and videos. Oh the breakfast was super good too! Upon texting the owner you get some fruit, pancakes and an egg sandwich delivered to your tent and they even gave us dinner on the house when we arrived.

This one is among the best, comparable to Seattle hostels. Very clean, comfortable, everything is well-organized in the house, comfortable sleeping places. The owner is very hospitable! Right on the spot, they organized a tour to the volcano Ijen for me, for which I came here. The place is quiet, calm, on the river bank, but there are no mosquitoes. A dream of a perfectionist traveler!😃
