We were taken care of and even though we had to spend almost 2 days in/close to our room, it was amazing to go watch the monkeys and to be right in the jungle!

This is a great hotel in a great location. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Wifi and air conditioning worked well and we appreciated having ac in the hot month of May. It is very quiet at night, even though it's only a block or two to the restaurant area. Shower has hot water, towels are clean. We could store our luggage for a couple of hours before check-in which was very helpful.
