I would like to share my review of Hotel El Ganzo, as there aren't any reviews that accurately depict what you can expect when you visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and assisted by Rosendo, who kindly showed us around and helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff, Paola and Braulio, and their team were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It's difficult to find words that adequately describe this hotel—it truly is one of a kind. The music, art, staff, and food all contributed to making this place feel like a paradise. The dining experience was outstanding across all of the restaurants. The breakfast at El Restaurant was particularly memorable, with fresh and delicious food. The staff, especially Sarai, always made sure that our dining experience and overall stay were exceptional. One of the highlights of Hotel El Ganzo is its rooftop, which offers an incredible view of the ocean. The staff there, including Jose and another waitress whose name I can't recall, were fantastic. The food served on the rooftop was outstanding—truly deserving of a perfect score. Although my husband and I usually enjoy exploring outside the hotel when we are on vacation, this time, we spent our entire holiday at the hotel because it was so captivating. The private beach was a wonderful addition, with an amazing restaurant and attentive staff. Even the restroom facilities were exceptionally clean—a detail that is important to me. The housekeeping service was outstanding, ensuring that our room was always sparkling clean. I must mention the tacos food truck at the hotel, which served some of the best tacos I've ever had. Furthermore, the hotel offers various activities throughout the week, such as yoga classes, flamenco nights, and DJ performances. They have a spa and a music studio. There is always something happening at Hotel El Ganzo, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

Great location close to good restaurants and the beach. TV, fridge, AC, hot water for shower and clean. Good sized room, quiet at night.

Super good and confortable and close to the airport.

A true hidden gem in La Fortuna! Right by the surfbreak, cosy and rustic room, and a chill place to hang out with great food and delicious coffee. Wifi was great (also for meetings). The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town and highly recommend it to others.
