The hotel has a beautiful setting right by the lagoon, with peaceful surroundings and views that make you slow down and relax. The reception and restaurant/bar staff were genuinely excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Situated within 6.4 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 2.6 km of Tulum Bus station, Casa Kobaab Tulum offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tulum. Magical and cozy place. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a lovely view of the trees - so romantic! The guys who run the place truly became our friends. They are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. On our very first day, they sent us a list of the most beautiful places along with their personal recommendations, which was incredibly helpful. Super tasty breakfast 😋 Renting bicycles there was also very convenient. If I ever come back to Tulum, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️✨

We received fresh towels. There is a small shop nearby for convenience. the property has a lovely garden. The parking area is gated and secure.

The staff were excellent and are constantly looking for ways to improve the hostel. They have a strong vision in mind for how the hostel should evolve. They were also great fun to dive with!

I loved everything about this hostel! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and offer privacy with the privacy curtain. The common areas are also beautiful, and we made use of the games available. For breakfast I always picked the fruit bowl and it was tasty and well presented. All of the staff are supernice, friendly and helpful. I also met some amazing people that were staying in my room. The location is great, just 5 mins walk from Ecoparque, and restaurants. 100% would stay again!

Situated right in the heart of Cancún, 500 metres from Cancun Bus Station, Rose 5 features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. clean, spacious, comfortable, location and good communication with the host (he sent us clear instructions on how to get there and was attentive to my concerns). Perfect for the price.

Set in Cancún, 17 km from Cancun Bus Station, Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive Adults Only offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre... The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.
