The kitchen had a marvellous 5 hob gas and oven was large. Plenty of kitchen equipment made preparing and cooking a dream. The house had a fire.

Beautiful and peaceful location, privacy, unobstructed views, birds singing everywere... The house... simply charming. Rented houses, although beautiful decorated, seems to look, usually, like empty shells. But not Karu ō te Kiwi! It looks like a very loved house, bursting of character. We are very grateful because we felt like the owners shared with us not only a house, they shared with us a small piece of their life. Karu ō te Kiwi was the trigger for our trip to New Zealand: it was love at first sight. I found it on internet and I started to build our vacation, piece by piece, around this property. Karu ō te Kiwi inspired also Santa: he brought us a new coffee machine ;).
