As soon as we arrived, Sara warmly welcomed us and showed us around the property – including the private beach that was just for us during our stay. It felt like stepping into a little piece of paradise. The cozy house was beautifully maintained, super clean, and had everything we needed – comfy furniture, great air conditioning, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to fully switch off and relax. The whole place is quiet and serene, ideal for a real break from everyday life. Every morning we’d let Sara know what time we wanted it, and the sweetest maid (wish we got her name!) would prepare it fresh for us. It was such a gentle and lovely start to each day. The beach itself is huge, clean, and honestly felt like our own private sanctuary. Anytime we needed anything from the shop, Sara was happy to help and even picked up little things for us at the market. She and her kind husband, whom we met on our last day, live right next to the house and are always available if you need anything. The location is a bit outside the city, which adds to the peaceful vibe. For meals, Sara recommended a great food delivery service with homemade Thai dishes – the printed menu was already on the table when we arrived. If you want to explore the area, renting a scooter or asking Sara for a driver is a good idea – she’ll help you organize everything and always has your back. Sara and her husband pour their hearts into this homestay, and you can really feel it. They are such lovely souls, always helpful and genuine, and they made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and heartwarming place to stay. Most comfortable beds during my 3-month journey in Southern Thailand, all new and very clean, best staff - as nice and helpful as one could just dream of. Quiet surroundings, great for my dogs' save walks. And there is so much to be discovered around in this beautiful Province that has not yet been spoiled by touristic traffick:)

Carl, the host is the best we've had during almost 3 months in Thailand. He arranged transport, and a really nice trip to see the dolphins. Everything is provided in the condo, even soap for the dishwasher and washingmachine. There is coffee and a filtermachine for the water. Nothing we asked was to much, Carl always responded to messages within 5 min. We needed to print some documents and Carl arranged it for us, we got the prints delivered at the door! Our kids loved the big pool. The condo is good equiped and really spacious. Great view from anywhere in the condo and from the balcony. Walk straight to the beach! Highly recommend this place.

He arranged our private transport 2 1/2 hours to the property and gave us tons of advise on things to do and see. The property manager was wonderful...arranged and delivered scooters to us, provided transport to the airport etc. The condo was well equipped, clean, spacious and on a great, quiet beach within walking distance to several restaurants. The patio was so nice to just relax on. Check out Frankies across the road for breakfast and lunch!!

The staff are friendly, fun and happy to assist. The owners are super accommodating and happy to share their knowledge. If you are looking for the perfect chill spot with ZERO ego this is THE spot. Within the 16 days I think I wore my sandals for two days. SUPER chill. There is a nice little local market across the main Street to get toothpaste, snacks and drinks. I would recommend renting a motorbike to bop around. When I left the property I was going to another property in Khanom and the owners dropped me off at the new spot, how Amazing. When you stay there ask for Bwoon tell him that J says “sawadee krap”.
