Elizabeth & the Team were so kind, friendly & helpful & a very special thanks goes out to the delightful Jessica who was all those things and much more! She simply couldn’t do enough to help us, making sure we had all we needed & on learning that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary & my special birthday, Jessica even went to the trouble of giving us a hand-written card, some chocs, a local postcard & hotel pen. We were so touched & grateful at how this fantastic young woman went above & beyond to make us feel so special & welcome & we send our grateful thanks & wishes for her future health, happiness & success!
